About Me

Shannon McMahon Loy: I'm a mom, sister, aunt, grandma, wife, and artist at heart. I hate talking about politics because I prefer nonpartisan views. I believe in the principles of equality and solidarity, valuing human rights and recognizing the dignity of every human being. I was raised Christian and at the core observe those fundamental beliefs however, I strongly believe in religious freedom, tolerance and acceptance of others' religious beliefs. I enjoy learning about other cultures and religions. I feel the greatest spiritual connection when I'm out in nature.
